Prior to your arrival at our 24-Hour Vetcare Hospital:
- Whenever feasible, contact our facility beforehand so that we can evaluate your pet’s condition, provide directions, and prepare our emergency team.
- If you require assistance bringing your pet from your vehicle, please inform us; we will be prepared to support you.
- Remember to bring your pet’s medical records, medications, and relevant past information.
Upon reaching our 24-Hour Vetcare Hospital:
- Immediately upon arrival at our hospital with your pet, our team will conduct triage to evaluate your pet’s condition.
- To stabilise your pet, we may need to administer intravenous fluids, pain relief medications, oxygen therapy, and occasionally blood or plasma transfusions.
- We will keep you informed about your pet’s condition and treatment throughout their stay with us.
